In 1985 I was married and 3 children followed, Joshua,  Sara, and Jordan. I divorced in 1998 as seems to be the trend and remarried in 2005 to my wife Gail who also had 3 children. When we were married our 6 children collectively were ages 11,12,13,14,16, and 17 and now 4 years later only 2 are still at home. (leaving time for a new business venture)

Along the course of time I managed to accomplish my goal of gathering Construction related experience including Truck Driving, Industrial first Aid, an Art Gallery, Magazine Publisher, Professional Sales, 4 Retail Gas Fireplace Outlets, Heating Company, Air Quality Company, Burglar Alarm Company, Managing an HVAC Company, Renovating Homes, doing Commercial renovations and Tenant Improvements (including 4 commercial kitchens), Buying homes, Renovating them and selling them,  Construction consulting, and Construction project Management. And of course keeping the ultimate goal in mind I built 2 of my own houses plus the current 1 being a fully renovated ex grow op.

Along with the above came a few qualifications including being a licensed gas fitter, plumber, electrician, commercial driver, contractor, Water Restoration Technician 98%, with an asbestos certificate in hopes of doing my Masters in the Restoration Industry as time permits.
