Most importantly we are located only ½ a kilometer from the Freeway exit with such easy access both ways we can be in West Vancouver or Hope in 1 Hour or less.

We also boast a fully loaded fridge with coffee that is always fresh. We welcome any Adjuster who would like to make the trip to see us, watch a hockey game on our flat screen TV, or just call and come have a coffee or a cold drink.

We have a fully functional wash and dry facility and will soon have our own O Zone room ready for those fire and smoke claims.

If contents cannot be stored on site then we have the ability to store contents on site in a secure, alarmed, and monitored building with a $30,000.00 insurance Policy to cover the Insureds contents.

We have drying equipment and all of the necessary Certifications including Water, Fire, Mold and Asbestos to respond to your Emergency calls.

We have 2 - 4X4 Trucks and a trailer of our own to get to where we need to go, even in that December 2008 Snow Storm, no problem.
